The Institutional Promotion and Recognition Committee and the Provost Office invite you to learn more about the Promotion and Tenure processes. Faculty who are eligible for promotion, based on years of service, have been notified. In addition to discussing the process and timeline related to promotion or tenure, we will have an open forum to help you determine whether this is the right time to apply, what the dossier will include, and how to make your case for promotion or tenure.

These drop-in sessions, offered by the IPTRC and the CTLE, will be a space for those seeking promotion or tenure to ask questions regarding their promotion and tenure dossiers. While we cannot answer questions regarding how the IPTRC will deliberate on a dossier, we can answer questions regarding the types of evidence that are typically included, the promotion and tenure process, and formatting tips.
